You’ll have better results with more consistency. Find a program you can stick to and run with it.
I’m guessing you have lost a significant amount of weight?
Compound lifts consistently (follow a program) over time while eating in a caloric deficit and walking at least 7K steps a day.
What have you been doing up to now?
Like what lifts have you worked on and are comfortable with? How has progress been lately? Are your lifts going up or staying stagnant?
Are you lifting at home with limited equipment or in a fully loaded gym?
What about your weight? Have you been losing or gaining the last few months?
What are your calories/macros? If you don’t know, start there.
This is a question for somebody dialing in their shape. Right now, you need to follow what the others have stated and build a consistent program that you enjoy enough to follow. Nutrition side of things start logging your food now, without changes, to see what you’re eating and how much. Then reassess once you gave a baseline.
