Doing ok. I’m getting my steps in and charting everything I eat. I won’t lie- I have ate some bad food with the holidays. I’m probably down a pound or two- I say probably because my weight fluctuates so much each day. I think I’ll start weighing once per week like someone else suggested…

HIIT!

Lost a 45yo Friend to sudden cardiac death 2 weeks ago.

Inspired me to amp up cardio. Discovered HIIT trigger the body to loose more fat in a shorter duration 3 fold to running an hr.

Example: I find a 50yrd grassy area, jog around it for 3-5 min to loosen up. Then I sprint explosively for 10 seconds and then walk back. Rest 60 sec and sprint again. I do this 15x’s.
