I’m 6-3, 195 lbs, 38 yrs old. For the past 3 years I’ve done 2, 20 week cycles per year of 400mg Cyp and 100mg exemestane per week plus PCT. Results and wellbeing have been great so I’ve been reluctant to make any adjustments. That said, I now have access to add either 25mg of Var/day OR 100mg of Deca per week. My goals are greater endurance and strength because I do obstacle course races, occasional track competitions, and crossfit. Any insight on the impact, positive and negative, is appreciated.
