40 Yrs Old, Am I Insane?

I’ll try to be brief. Here’s my deal: Started lifting 20 yrs ago, developed brutal headaches after doing behind the head pull ups. Debilitating headaches, hospitalized. Seen a dozen neurologists, taken over 70 meds in 12 years. Stopped lifting, got incredible depressed and fat. Diabetes, blood pressure, sleep apnea, life threatening ugly. Hooked on narcotics for years. Fast forward to 2.5 years ago.

Got a lap-band, lost 150 lbs, started lifting again. Can’t lift really heavy or headaches will come back, so I make up in reps and excersizes. 6 foot tall, around 195, 14% bf, working on getting to 10%. I work out 6x a week like a demon. Looks like this:

Chest/Tri: incline, flat, decline db 65# 4 sets of ten each ex. Incline flys superset w/ pushups, 4 sets 15 45# db Various tricep stuff, always a palm in/down and up, 3-4 sets each, 10-15 reps.
Back: BB rows overhand 155x12x4, same with underhand, lat pulldown 150x12x4, db rows 75x12x4, deadlifts, 225x10x6, sometimes up to 315
Legs: squats 225x10x10 or work up to 315x5x3, leg ext, calf raise, walk lung with 45# plate over my head, stiff deads
Shoulder/traps/bi’s: shrugs 225x12x4, military press 95x12x4, upright rows 95x12x4, lat/front raise combo (butterfly) 10#'sx10x4, ez curl+65x10x4, hammer 45x10x4, reverse or preacher, something similar. I do cardio on an empty stomach, 30 mins tread mill or eliptical, 3+ miles.

Six days a weeks, my form is actually quite good, I have time and drive and love to kick ass. Am I insane? This is for cutting right now.
Diet is clean, low carb, high protein, moderate fat, 6 meals a day.
What do you think? I’ve been “lurking” here for a while, so I’ll man up and take what I get.

Insane? It is entirely possible. For safety’s sake you should hang out with us. Nuts usually come in clusters.
