Hey guys. I just got my first
Bloods back since going on TRT. I have before bloods and after. E2 is high, but I didn’t want to take an AI until after I got bloods.
Current protocol, 200mg/wk split Mon and Thursday
1000IU HCG/wk split same days.
NO AI.
I see low Vit D and HDL and high E2. How does everything else look? I labeled them PRE and AFTER. Total test before TRT was 375
Slightly sensitive nipples and a little acne near my butt but I think that was about it.
I think a guy KSMan used to be on here that is really good with calc how much AI is needed and where AI should be, based on test.
A little context please, lab timing in relation to your injections?
He is gone and will never return. A lot of his ideas were just plain wrong, especially with regards to E2. My E2 is high and have no issues, only positives. This may or may not be true for you.
This will hamper building muscle. I started TRT with a vitamin D deficiency and muscles didn’t start growing, getting hard until I started supplementing vitamin D.
How much Arimidex should I start with to bring this down some? Only symptoms I really have is the slight acne and slightly sensitive nipples. I can’t tell if I’m bloated or hold more water.
As far as the vitamin D, I get that. I was thinking about starting 5k IU per day. Sound about right?
That’s not necessarily always related to E2, but HCG can stimulate the glands in your breasts and even trigger gynecomastia even while taking an AI.
Even if these symptoms were E2 related, taking an AI for minor symptoms such as a little sensitive nipples, there’s no reason why you can’t decrease your dosage of HCG.
Drugs aren’t always the answer.
That’s a sign you’re not having any problems with E2.
Too much vitamin D can cause hypercalcemia, try 2000 IU and go from there.
I’m coming down as I type from taking (8000 IU) too much vitamin D and whenever I eat something with calcium, my calcium shoot up real fast above range causing bad symptoms.
