As much as I like to help people out, I can’t design a specific routine everytime someone asks.
I have written a lot of stuff on back training in the past… for example this Growth Factor for Back thread: Growth factor back workout - Christian Thibaudeau Coaching - Forums - T Nation
And this back spec program: HSS-100: Back Specialization
When I do a blitz program for one specific muscle group or area of the body I like to train it 3 times a week. And each of these 3 workouts would provide a different type of stimulation.
Since the back is a complex “area”, “different stimulation” can either mean hitting different parts of the back on every workout (like HSS-100) or using a different type of stimulus… for example session 1 could be a heavy session, session 2 would be a growth factor workout and session 3 could be supersets of1 heavy and 1 pump exercise.
