DB Incline 80lbs 2x8,2x5
Wide Grip Pull Up to 50 Reps: 10,1,24,30,36,42 42-50 rest pause
Dip BW+25 3x10, 1x7
1-arm DB row 80lbs 3x15 and cable crunches 140lbs 3x20

Pretty shitty day overall…going on 5 hours sleep and spent 10 hours of the day in a car in the sunlight, which was even more tiring. Also, had to train at the HQ gym because my normal place was closed. Not only did the different environment throw me off, didn’t have 75lb DB’s like I needed. As far as the low set is concerned on bench press, dunno wtf happened. Should I drop my 1 rm for the last wave? or did I just have bad day?

22 Hill Sprints…about 20 seconds work, 30-45 seconds rest to jog back down

Double KB clean,squat and press hybrid 3x10 w/30 seconds rest

Squat: 220x5, 235x3, 250x2…missed my 3rd rep, couldn’t get past the half-way point…extremely disappointed

Front Squat 185 4x8…wanted to do more reps but was too wiped out from the back squats

BB Lunge 165 4x8side

Good Morning 130 4x8

Cable wood chop 120lbs 3x15side

After I finish this cycle, I’m thinking I will stick strictly to the BBB template. I think my accessory work for all my lifts is too much, that or I need to up my calories. Either way I’m somewhat reluctant to start a new cycle with 10 more pounds.

Dips: BW+25lbs 4x10…same as above
Abs superset with 3x12 85lb Kroc rows
