Hi, I’ve read alot of good information on this site. I have a question for anyone educated I’ve ran 2 cycles.
1st 300mg test e a week with climid as pct… that was it.
2nd 500mg test e a week with; liquid anastrozole at .025 and sometimes .050 eod and clomid/nolvadex as pct
On both cycles I ran a high estrogen. I was uneducated and tried getting as much knowledge as I could.
My current levels are at Test serum 543 ng/ml…Estrogen Total 78 pg/ml… prolactin 12.8 ng/ml.
Im wanting to run a Deca cycle for my third and final time before I start trt
should I change anything about this cycle to help me get maximum gains as well as keep my estrogen low and levels looking and feel good all the way through.
Concerned about dosages as well as should I run Decca higher then test e. I hear running less of test e and Decca is always better which is why I ask should I lower either
Keeping your estrogen low is a good way to retard your gains; estrogen is incredibly anabolic, neuroprotective, cardioprotective, and it’s essential to functioning properly. Don’t keep it low, keep it in a place that doesn’t cause you side effects. Big difference.
Whomever told you to run nandrolone higher than testosterone wants to sleep with your woman/man. They’re trying to give you deca dick so that they can move in on your territory once your partner sees your sad, flaccid wang. Combine higher nandrolone and your plan for low e2 and you’re genuinely asking to have no sexual function for the duration of your cycle. The doses you listed (500/300 test/nand) are good. Don’t change them. Absolutely change your anastrozole dose from 1mg eod to ‘as needed’.
Within a healthy cycle range is definitely key! Should’ve worded that better.
But thank you for the tips. If I wanted to run Decca and test e lower then 500/300 what would you recommend to try and get the best results with how my levels look currently?
Ive heard running lower dosages of both like 400/200 or 300/150 works great as well but just want someones advice that has a higher education on this then I do. Thanks
Ok my reason for running a higher dose is because I have a pct from southern sarms and I swear its fake but I could be wrong. Its a liquid and I’ve been told most liquid anastrozole is less potent.
I used it when I did my second cycle and my total estrogen went up to 100 pg and if I can remember I was doing .5mg eod
Gains will progress in a linear way up until the point of diminishing returns. In other words 500/300 test/nand > 400/200. If you’re trying to pct after nandrolone—which is already an absolute bitch and a half—then you probably need to maximize what you’re doing on this cycle. Normally I’m an advocate for lower doses because, well, they work for 99% of people. But nand and pct don’t really go together, so you’re kind of in a position where you have to make the risk worth the reward.
Depends on your physique condition before you started. Most large gains are in the first and second cycles. Assuming you keep working out and retain some of that your going to gain less and less lean mass until you up the dosages.
Wouldn’t this only be true if you gained a lot on your first two cycles? Say you didn’t eat enough and didn’t gain much, wouldn’t say 500 mg test with more food give the same boost it did before? I would assume that gains would be similar to a first cycle in those circumstances.
My first cycle I gained around 20+ pounds and second cycle I Gained around 10 after pct.
But both of those cycles I never stacked anything I was just using test e alone.
This cycle I did Decca 300 and test 500-600. So I thought it’d react different since its the first time I’ve ever stacked.
IMO more food than necessary just makes you fatter. I was speaking of lean mass. But he posted his stats at the same time I was posting so I didn’t see he was only 180lbs at 6’2”. Still if super lean and a hard gainer I would say 7lbs makes sense at only 3000 calories. That’s maintenance for me.
How do my levels look is my test to E2 levels fairly good?
I have started eating more I was eating 2900 calories clean and now im raising it to 3,500.

Was doing a full body 5 days a week plan and have recently went to a bro split 5 days a week starting week 6. I hurt my back trying to do a 380 pound deadlift , as I was coming up for my second my belt broke open and I paused at a bad time and pulled it but thank god it went away 4 days later I rested all 4 days.

What would you recommend I eat calorie wise per day without adding on too much extra fat? And how do you eat past 3500 in a day while keeping it as clean as possible? I mean I know how to eat more but it won’t be clean
I would shoot for gaining a pound a week, but I myself didn’t do that (attempted a recomp). If a pound a week apears to be getting you fat, cut it down and see how it goes. That’s what I’ll do next go around.
How developed you are will dictate how much you try to gain. The ifbb pros generally don’t try to do that for example. Many of them would be happy with a quarter that growth. More than that and it is just fat gain. They are typically like 5’9" with 240 lbs of lean tissue, so that is a different ball park compared to pretty much everyone here.
I don’t plan on doing this again if I ever did I’d do a trt program so Im trying to put on as much as possible. And will go back on my full body program when I stop to cut an lean up a little.
Im definitely a hard gainer so I know ill have to step up my diet this week on. Ill touch base back when I hit week 10 hopefully id put some more weight on by then
