3rd Cycle: Test E and Deca

I would try to maintain weight for a little. It seems guys who do this retain more than the ones going straight to cut.

That ratio is pretty low. Or it would be for me. When my TT was in the 600’s my e2 would always be in the 40’s. So you’re on the low end of the ratio. It also sounds like you’re not eating enough. Combine those two things and you’ll end up wasting the whole cycle.

I’ve got news for you. You’re using nandrolone, you’re probably on to trt right after this. Metabolites stick around and continue suppression for six months to a year after you stop using it. The sooner the conventional wisdom shifts to understand this reality the better.

Thank you for the information.
What should I do to make sure I don’t waste this cycle the last thing I wanna do is waste this cycle I wanna try to get the most out of it and I have 7weeks left.
I was taking my anastrozole at 2.5 in a 1ml syringe ever other day and then started cutting back to only pin days.
How do I allow my E2 to raise but not go to high to where it’s high estrogen?

Clean eating makes only sense to a degree. Get the calories in and the protein. If you eat 3000 clean, you can eat 1000 not clean. Flexible dieting is better than clean eating. What is clean? Bread? Rice? Potatoes? Pasta? If you answer yes to all of these, where is the major difference to fruits? Where is it to gummy bears?

Is it the GI? Is the the other nutrients?

If you eat 2500-3000 clean, you got all the nutrients. Now eat some more food. If it’s peanut butter and jelly bread, so be it.

The amount of anastrozole you’re taking is enormous, so cutting down should be fairly easy. It’s also a liquid which means UGL, so there’s no reason to believe that it’s dosed properly. That’s one of the reasons that anastrozole is on the no-fly list if you’re buying from a lab. It’s one of those ‘pharma only’ things. Cut back from 1mg eod to .5mg twice a week. Monitor how you feel. Unfortunately it’s going to be a guessing game and you’ll have to listen to your body rather than rely on blood work from here on out.

Ok yes after your first response before I started this cycle I started .025 every other day and stuck to it for 3 weeks I noticed once I stopped gaining I realized I may have been using too much so I started to cut back to .025 every three days now im doing .025 only on pin days.
When trying to find that happy median of E2 dos it mean you should be in the 30-1 ratio? Because if so my E2 needs to go from 54.4 to 90.

Thanks for that I try to stay away from milk and drink oat or almond milk. Try not to do bread and pasta and do rice or sweat potatoes. I just started adding in French toast in morning snacks with peanut butter as we’ll as a little pasta. I drink an 800 calorie shake in the am. I eat alot of turkey now as well rather then fatty steaks. Ill eat those every 3 weeks to a month so I get red meats in.
Ill start to incorporate more unhealthy snacks to get the calories in. Thanks for the advice.

 A Ribeye (capitalized on purpose due to it’s greatness) is a great food for adding mass, and is possibly my favorite food. I don’t even stop eating them during cutting (it just isn’t worth the emotional hit I would take giving them up).

I don’t think you should have issues hitting say 4000 calories if you want. It becomes a real chore if you are trying to eat as the open class strongmen do.

There are things that are healthy that are high calorie. Nuts are a great example. I can eat 500 calories of nuts (just a couple handfuls), and it hardly impacts my hunger levels. Avocado also is high in calories.

Don’t eat much bland food for right now. That will help. IME, tasty food seems to pack more calories.

Edit: I don’t know why I am trying to get others to eat Ribeyes. The fewer people eating them means lower cost and more for me (they are too damn expensive as is).

You’re trying to bulk and you cut out one of the most calorie and nutrient dense clean foods you can buy? I run maintenance (and I even cut) on red meat but I eat almost strictly 93% ground beef (96% when cutting). Its incredibly nutrient dense but lean enough that I am not blowing my calories (fats) out of proportion.

Almond milk has no nutritional value. Oat milk is just a carb shake.

There’s very little difference between those things as far as how your body processes them. They’re all inflammatory and they all carry some degree of benefit.

As far as turkey goes it’s hard to justify that as a bulking meat. You’re looking for calories. Fats are the most calorie dense thing out there. No reason to not just eat fatty meats.

Yea I definitely love a good piece of steak! Ill get back on buying more steak and red meat so the prices keep going up for all of us :joy: But I only cut back on it because I ate it alot at one point and my cholesterol went up a little past 200 which made me cut back.

Hey thanks to everyone for all your comments and inputs! Y’all crack me up and are some good guys but still give good knowledge even if its stuff some of us already know. Its good to always have other inputs.
Ill continue to try and post up until the end and let you know if I start gaining more I have bumped my calories to 4k to 4k+ and I successfully hit it today. Ill continue to hit it each day.
If anyone has comments or knowledge about my levels and what you think I may need to do to help the gains feel free to let me know! Thanks :+1:

  1. What should my E2 be at for better gains?
  2. Is it bad to have total test above 2,500 and free test be at 54?

Optimal e2 is going to be fairly individual. You’ll have to find that one out on your own. As far as TT vs FT, that’s going to be a function of SHBG and how much of your TT gets bound up. Again, how you respond to each particular measurement is going to be specific to you and your body. There’s no sort of wide net answer that works for everyone, other than “higher TT and FT will help you get bigger”. After that it’s all about marginal changes from person to person.

Thank you and are there ways to know if your estrogen in running low or high by how you feel day to day. This is where I’m bad. I swear I can’t tell by how I feel my days are stressful alot anyways so its always up in the air.
From what you’ve experienced what are signs your body say hey I need to take some anastrozole today? The one way is sensitive nipples but even when I ran high estrogen I didn’t have them act sensitive so its hard to judge.
can you lay it out like example:

  1. High Estrogen.
    tired
    not horny
    sweating all day

joints pop or feel sensitive
headache

I know we are all different but even the ways you can tell if your body is saying you need to take some will help me know what to look for. Thanks for all the help

If you’re bloated and grumpy assume high e2. If your joints feel like they’re full of sand then assume low. Those are the obvious signs. Otherwise it’s going by feel and that comes from experience.

Thank you just that helped a little. I can tell experience would help alot in this topic.

Ok need some advice. I just finished up my week 12 but I ran out of test. Ive normally done 1cc of test and .50 of Decca every Monday & Thursday.
But today technically is going to be my last day since I can’t find test anywhere. I was suppose to go 12 weeks with test and Decca and then switch to just test week 13 and 14 before I start pct.
Today I only had enough to do .05 test and .05 Decca.

  1. For pct when do you suggest I start?
Here is my PCT/ wait 14 days from today.
    clomid 50/50/25/25
    Nova 40/20/20/20
    gw - 50156 20mg day 5weeks
    mk2866 25mg day 5weeks

(For the sarms should I start now or wait 14 days as well?)
(Should I stay taking arimdex through pct? or the 2 week waiting period?)

  1. When should I get my next blood test before of after pct?

  2. I only gained about 10 pounds off this cycle and last 4 weeks ate 4k calories a day I hope that is normal because I feel a little disappointed.
