Roughly same size as mine then, mine are 17” on cycle right now and that picture I had a pump so prob closer to 17.5”… Our biceps are just shaped differently but I would be pretty happy with ur arms man! Although I would really like mine closer to 19” lol

My rear delt could for sure use some extra work… but for now I’ll throw in extra calf sets lol my legs need the work

19 would be awesome haha, 17-18 for me would definitely be satisfying, although I know that’ll be a tough feat.

What is your weight again? Also what is your wrist circumference? Mine are 8 inches which from my understanding means I’m bigger framed and should in theory be able to have bigger arms naturally. But I think once using AAS all that goes out the window lol

Mine are 6.5”, so definitely a bit smaller. AAS will enable you to go beyond your genetic potential, but trying to maintain it afterwards has definitely proven tough for me. I was 15.25” before touching AAS, and now can maintain 16.25. Definitely need to work more on arm stuff, haven’t done a lot of arm day type training in years.

I’m hovering around 193-195 currently. 5’10.

Same height as me, we have a very similar build although you weigh more than me, your legs are much more developed than mine. You look great bro! Don’t stress about arms I would gladly trade arms for your legs lol

Haha, your legs will certainly grow! I’m sure if I focused on arms,’I could get a little growth. I’ve just focused on legs so much more that arms definitely took a back seat. Maybe this winter I’ll see what I can do. Keep up the good work man!

Just donated plasma and my hematocrit is 46%, BP using their cuff 122/76 and HR was 85. I expected my blood to be much thicker than this. Actually when I was on my trt dose of 100mg split 50mg twice weekly my hematocrit was much higher

Don’t admit to donating blood on AAS, when you donate blood typically you have to sign bff on a LEGAL document stating “I’ve never injected anything without a doctors prescription… ever”, you could land yourself in shit if it’s found this isn’t the case (public stigma is huge, so AAS users are jumbled in with those that share used, dirty needles)… If you admit to doing so you’re barred from donating blood… for life

Nearing the end of week 9 sorry I haven’t update much at all since 3rd week…

Decided to get new stats, below is where I’m currently at

Arms 17.5”
Bench is 275 x 10 (+30lbs)
Squat 330 x 6
Deadlift 365 x 7 hit this PR yesterday
Weight 193 (+13)

Here are some pics taken this week

Overall enjoying the cycle, still not taking an AI. Libido is ok and there when I need it. I have noticed constant pumps even on my off days. So far I have gained 13 lbs and I think most of it is lean tissue with probably at least some water. Although I’m still staying fairly lean. Let me know what y’all think

I think a lot of it is genetics they are measuring 17.5 right now but I have a short biceps head and a higher peak. I only hit biceps about once a week with back. If I remember our stats are very similar

Yeah we are definitely built very different. My chest and abs are probably more developed, but my arms are no where close.

Same here. I’ve been close to 17” but never had a well developed peak and I’m heavier and shorter than @grinnin. Nice work dude. Need to keep hammering those legs though. Are you sure you taped chest correctly? I don’t see a 44”+ chest.

Yes I’m sure chest is actually larger I’m sure that was pre cycle… it’s all about angles and what muscle you want to show the most when taking pics lol. But here is a side chest. You don’t bench 275 for 10 with a bird chest :wink: Most of my development is in my upper chest and also my back is wide which contributes to a larger chest measurement. The Second picture of my chest below is from 2018 when I was about 20lbs lighter

@blshaw Also I think because your legs are probably much more developed than mine you weigh more than me, my upper body is big but my legs are much smaller than compared to someone with my size. I’m easily missing 10lbs on my lower body. I’m paying for it now though and really trying to make up for it. Legs twice a week currently

@grinnin I think you’re spot on. My legs are my strongest feature. I normally squat in the low 400s for reps and I can get to a 500lb squat in about 2-3 months when I train for it. I’ve found your upper body will grow too if you can get that foundation up a bit. It wouldn’t surprise me to see you jump another 15-20lbs if you can bulk up the wheels! Good luck sir.
