blood pressure? on 125mg a week I sit at 108/63 with a rhr of 60. I haven’t done cardio in almost 4 years now so pleasantly surprised. only used it as a tool to drop fat for my last show, I would rather drop cals than do cardio. I know the health benefits etc but it’s something I just don’t enjoy doing.
Bp on low doses like this have me at like 90/50
I get dizzy frequently, higher dose for me is required (than I’m currently on) for physiological maintenance in general (bout 150-175 is required for adequate replacement)

Libido: gone (tried to have sex with gf before gym and nothing was working downstairs, even with gf stimulating me) really wondering how high my estrogen is now… tried to manually stimulate my self and I can get hardish on my own but erection is softer and dissapears quickly. This is completely out of the norm for me… me and the gf usually have sex multiple times and I am always ready to go. I do have viagra tabs and I’m sure it would fix the erection quality issues but I would rather fix it another way. Do you think it’s time I start taking my arimidex? Maybe 0.25 mg EOD?

Strength is definitely increasing last time I did this workout, I was using 255 for sets of 8 on bench and 85 for sets of 4-6 on incline. The pumps in the gym are intense more than usual and I have not been taking pre workout since my blood pressure is higher.
I have started supplementing with fish oil to see if it helps at all.
Adex is strong. I would not start with EOD right away. I would take 0.25 mg and wait a couple days to see if it improves. 0.25 mg can drop E2 by double digit numbers. If you improve with the 0.25 mg, wait until the ED comes back to dose again. Just my 2 cents, and what I would do.
Thanks for the insight, do you think it’s a fair assumption to say that my high estrogen is the cause for my low libido and erectile issues? Something like this never happens when it’s go time lol but my gf is very understanding
Also today is trough levels for me, I am due for an injection. So levels Should be lowest right now including estro
You are probably correct about high E2. I just would not dose EOD right off the bat. It might be too much to handle. You might need .25 per week total, and if you start taking 0.875 mg per week (.25 EOD), you might end up to low.
Okay perfect, I’ve read the horror stories about crashing E2 and I definitely don’t want that. I will take 0.25mg now and see how I feel.
As for my workout, do you see anything I should add? Maybe more volume, I’m finding I don’t get sore the next day easily and endurance in the gym is much higher currently. I feel like I can repeat an entire workout when I’m leaving the gym lol
I haven’t been sore much either which is nice.
I would pick some movements like squat, deadlift, bench, weighted chins, BB rows and OHP, and really try to get them up. Add more weight, more reps, more sets to each of those lifts each time you work them. Progressive overload is going to drive long term growth.
Leg day is tomorrow, going to focus on heavy (heavy for me lol) squats and proper form. I will update log tomorrow. Thanks again
I have a compounded combo of Tadalafil(cialis) 20mg/10mg Sildenafil (viagra) for when I eventually use Anavar as it definitely kills libido. The above combo works well in these situations for me but may not for everyone. I used it when on winstrol where my dick didn’t work at all. Even though I wasn’t really in the mood I could at least get it up to pound her and perform my duties as a grown ass man.

@unreal24278 One thing I have noticed… when my blood pressure is higher and heart rate is higher my flaccid is smaller and less girthy lol what are your thoughts on this?

Upper body looks good, calves almost non existent. 2.5-3" smaller than arms is an issue.

Given AAS modify the RAAS system and elict somewhat of a systemic vasoconstrictive effect, it’d make sense flacid peen would be smaller. HBP in general can also restrict blood flow to the penis
High blood pressure alone can induce an increase in HR, esp as it may be induced partially by sympathetic nervous system overstimulation. That and RAAS modification (water retention etc) and numerous other mechanisms through AAS contribute to BP increase while on. But yes, generally high blood pressure can be associated with increased HR (though not the other way round)… hell, irregular heart rate is even one of the key symptoms regarding HBP. If systolic BP is raised disproportionate, wide pulse pressure can induce the feeling of palpitations
I have a wide pulse pressure due to iron deficiency anaemia. and yes, I do feel palpitations at times even if my HR isn’t fast. Not PVC’s or anything (though I’ll get these very occasionally, most people do even if they aren’t aware of it), just a feeling like it’s beating harder (but not faster), common symptom of iron deficiency anaemia
Genetics I guess LOL, what do your arms measure? I recall seeing pics of ur arms and they’re pretty big (same size arms as me easily)

Pictures they were 16.5-16.75 , currently sitting at 16.25 after cycle. Definitely took a massive hit. You’ve got great delt and biceps size.
