Really enjoyed this session. Simple, solid… and great to end the year on with some PRs.
Thursday training-
My back has been in a shit state since last week’s deadlifts. It was ok to FS on Monday but I know DLing will aggravate it further. So no deads today - just stuff that will help it settle down, ergo
