I’m already big being 5’7 & 250 lbs.
I’m 33, have been working out consistently for 2 years now.
I started my first cycle of test 5 weeks ago & am starting to see results.
I’ve gained 15 lbs but damn. I’ve been advised to eat 3900 calories a day. 410 grams of carbs/ 390 grams protein/ 110 grams fat. I may be big but even that is impossible for me.
Plus taking Orange triad, cycle assist, liv52, vitamin d3000, ultimate omega fish oil.
Playing hell on my stomach at nights while I’m trying to sleep.

You really have to drop that weight. There’s a chiseled Greek God under there someplace. At 33 y.o. you really need to start thinking about some cardio; it will help you lose those pounds and your heart will thank you.
Keep that protein up to 1 to 1 1/2 grams per lean body mass. Remember, you’re not lean. Best wishes my friend!
