I do deadlift and barbel row, but I never train traps and neck.
I know, dude, I can tell. And I’ve seen at least 15 other Bulgarian guys in real-life (all well-built and lift hard and heavy) who do the same as you do.
I have a feeling heavy neck/trap development presents the working class stereotype that middle and upper-middle class guys like you prefer not to cater to. imo YOU’LL LOOK A LOT BETTER WITH SOME NECK THICKNESS AND TRAP DEVELOPMENT, you have decent width but a GIANT head, so you won’t look like a “meathead” if you do that, but its your choice.
