About 4 years of off and on training (mostly on) with some rugby thrown in the mix. i was about at 150/100/200 when i started tho, haha
I think it is going to end up being right around 2 years for me, I’m about 40 lbs off.
Some people make progress faster than others, just keep working your ass off.
