3 Years of Bloodwork, Feeling Worse Than Before. Advice?

Unfortunately that one they don’t ship to Canada. Do you think it will good?

It needs to be sublingual.that one isn’t from what I can see

Please elaborate on symtoms and etc?

If trt hasn’t resolved symptoms you always increase dose until symtoms resolve. Simple solutions. Don’t bang your head against the wall looking for another solution. Do the conversion and if you aren’t above 20 NG/DL get it above that range. If you are, then no worries go ahead and raise dose again closer to 30.

Plenty of men have been at 20s and they still have issues: they raise dose and poof symtoms resolve.

Anyways elaborate on symtoms and I’ll try to help.

@dbossa bro look at his labs. What’s up with the estrogen. When converted this is low or is this lab posting incorrect measuring and it’s supposed to ng?

Did I miss something? I’m seeing this:

ESTRADIOL |0 - 43| 36.78 pg/mL |NORMAL|

What’s wrong with that? Am I looking at the wrong number?

I have pretty much all symptoms related to low Testosterone and some others. Low libidio, weakness/Fatigue, Lack of focus, Anxiety, Depression, Face Puffiness(Looks like totally different person),Cold Feet, Frequent Urination, No confident, fat around belly, Get Tired easily, After sleeping of 8-9 Hours i still feel tired and don’t wanna do anything except just lying down. I have left my job becasue of that…

Hi dbossa, Kindly can you also advice on my lab results, that how come my Testosterone level got lowered than my Pre-TRT levels. Also on other elevated levels. Thanks

Agreed that if you had labs done right after having the flu everything will get affected. B12 supplementation is a definite priority like everyone above said.

I’m in Quebec as well… and yes it was very challenging to find anyone I could work with.

My guess is that 15mg daily equivalent was too little for you and simply suppressed your natural levels leaving you with less. If I was your doc (I’m not a doc, just saying) I would DOUBLE the amount you are taking. Who is your doc? Maybe I heard of him.

Now that i have appointment in Decmeber. It would be hard to live with these symptoms for 3 more months. I would try to ask him through email about dosage increase. Can you recommend me any good B12? As in Canada we have very limited options. Also what do you think of high DHEA & Prostegerone. Can it be because of TRT? Thanks

Estrogen is too low from these symptoms. Free t is too low.

Increase your dose ASAP. . That’s what we do when we have low t symtoms on trt. Increase dose until symtoms resolve.

You are not on an ai right? If so that’s your problem. Increase dose give it time and as long as e2 is above 40 and free t is above 25 on NG/DL you should start feeling better.

@dbossa can you help this guy find a better doc? Canada right?

That converted to NG/DL is 3.6 Something. Surely it’s not PG

My free testosterone is 44ng/dl. Its on the higher end.
TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL |219 - 904| 585 ng/dL |NORMAL|
TESTOSTERONE, FREE |196 - 636| 569 pmol/L |NORMAL|

No i am not taking arimidex since starting TRT.

You need to get some rest. E2 is always pg/mL. His numbers are fine.

Not a big deal. I don’t even look at e2 anymore. I didn’t even know it was always in the format because months ago I stopped worrying about it.

Since he had all the PMOl stuff I was also a bit confused.

Also my lipid profile is so scary. It was all normal before starting TRT.Do you think TRT can mess all this? @systemlord @enackers @dextermorgan

This just shows you have other issues going on that needs addressing and you will need a good doctor to figure it out. TRT improves the health of men who are otherwise healthy and have no other medical problems.

You’ve got some strange iron labs. Low transferrin can be due to poor production of transferrin by the liver or excessive loss of transferrin through the kidneys into the urine. Many conditions including infection and malignancy can depress transferrin levels. The transferrin is abnormally high when iron deficient.

If your liver is not functioning well, your lipids will suffer.

@dbossa can you recommend me any doctor in Quebec. Thanks

The doctor I was using is taking a leave of absence for 9-12 months. He extended my prescription in the meantime. I haven’t found anyone else for now. There is a place that does telemedicine called Tru Balance Healthcare that some people I know have used with success. They do the trans scrotal cream as well. No negative reviews so far from the people I know though I have no direct experience with them.
