3 PWO Shakes

I think this is an interesting topic which has not been discussed in this forum.

I have read the benefits of having 2 PWO shakes, but what about the benefits of having 3? (Especially since I cant get a meal within 3 hours of my second shake) Would this not triple protein synthesis?

i think 2 is more then enough, you can go with one in the mornings after you wake up if you are on a bulking cycle. Post workout prepare yourself a Metabolic Drive Complete shake and add some rolled oats in it to get more carbs. perfect to keep stable blood sugar levels and solid protein timing. laters pk

PWO shakes are supposed to take advantage of that 2-4 hour window, right? It’s a question of timing. If you can’t get a meal for a few hours, then yes, have another shake. But, you’d be better of with something like Metabolic Drive Complete, as opposed to Surge.
