3 months 160 mg cyp split twice a week. Lost 3 inches on my waist. Went from 235 to 215. Both pics are post workout. My body part split, cardio, and diet are about the same.

Wow you’ve made a lot of progress in 3 months, congratulations.
Hard to believe that’s only 3 months. You look like a different person. Good job
Yeah I’ve been slowing down over the past couple years and went the ugl route at first but my girl was home when it was delivered and got upset haha. I went through defy after that fiasco and she’s definitely happy as well as I am. I told her I knew my body but she wanted me to do it legit.
Dude when you get to the 6 month mark you’re going to be unrecognizable
What other meds and supps do you take?
No other meds or supplements. I tried taking zinc but I didn’t feel right.
Congrats on the progress, if that was me I would be over the moon.
How has the process since the start been eg how long before it began to work, impact on relatuonship and energy levels
I was feeling more energetic within a couple weeks. Just more drive in general. I had minor insomnia for the first month but still could get through the day. Was extremely horny month 2 but that has tapered back to manageable levels. I haven’t had to mess with an AI since my estrogen levels are borderline low even before starting treatment. All my other bloodwork looked good after my 3 month checkup so I dont have to give blood as of yet.
Very nice progress! I had noticeable effects in the first few months regarding body comp, but when I got to about 10mos in it really took off.
Did you change anything close to the 10 month mark? Or kept everything the same
Well, I started at 120 mg cyp one injection per week, but gradually got up to 160/wk, one inj, then switched to 80 mg E3D about 4 mos ago and have been there since. My most significant noticeable effect over the last month or so has been much easier muscle gain, much easier time reducing body fat (even during periods of not eating so great), and increased strength. Despite the changes, however, based on my experience and feedback from others, I really believe the most significant effects – particularly in regard to body composition, takes about 9 mos to a year to most significantly show up.
Sweet my experience about the same over last 6 months… Shit sleep for a month. Honey at two months. Tapered down as well. Hit the weights last month. Packed in so muscle. Was lean to start. Can you post your labs?
U doing 160 too?
62 ever 3.5
I’m super jealous. I just started TRT about a month ago, but still have no motivation to work out.
I worked out hard before TRT for 3 years with several lean bulk and cut cycles. Every time I bulked I would spend a solid 6 months and I could only gain fat with almost no muscle or strength gains, then when I cut I would lose any strength and muscle I gained within a couple weeks. I even tried dirty bulking for 3 months and gained nothing but fat. I went from 180 to 215 lbs with no gains on starting strength.
I’m so demotivated at this point, even with just starting TRT. I guess I’m afraid of spending a lot of time and energy with nothing to show for it all over again.
@rrjc5488 Damn, awesome progress man! I only hope I do nearly as well.
Looking in the mirror, I feel like I look somewhere between your first 2 pics in terms of fatness…you’re probably carrying more muscle than me at the beginning though. (I’m 5’10, 175 or so, and roughly 25% fat based on tape measure methods)
I figure it’ll probably take me 2 years…if ever…to look like your 5 months if I’m lucky.
Just keep pushing. If you’re dialed in you’ll start seeing results.
Give it 8 weeks.
