Make yourself go to the gym. Start slow. Go for 10 mins each day and do something. It doesn’t matter what. Get in the habit of going. Then find someone here you respect and ask them for help with a routine. Usually they can point you towards a routine that will cater to your goals. Start a log so you’ll have encouragement and can see your results. Don’t spend more than 30-40 minutes in the gym. That’s all you need to see major results in as little as 12 weeks. Once you see those results you’ll be even more motivated.

I crashed my E2 on day 2 of TRT and the first six weeks I couldn’t make myself go to the gym.

I agree he looks great but there’s no reason you can’t have that or an even more drastic change in a 6 month time period and without even having to be too crazy about it.
