Previous (1st cycle) last summer 12 weeks test e 500mg. Kept a solid 10 lb gain after PCT
Goal for this cycle: recomp a bit down to 7-8% get close to a 205-210 body weight after pct (at 8% bf)
This cycle I’m starting Monday the 13th:
Week 1-6 Tbol 50mg/day (may adjust between 40 to 70 mg/day)
Week 1-10 Test E 750mg/week (375mg E3D)
Week 11-12 Test E 500mg/week
Week 1-14 Anastrazole (O.25 mg EOD) reducing to 0.125mg EOD in last week
PCT
Week 15 Nolva 20mg 2x/day
Week 16-18 Nolva 20mg/day
Eating about 3000 cals now going to slowly increase as cycle progresses.
1st week of tbol I’m doing 40mg/day then up it gradually to probably 60 mg
Tips for staying/getting lean while on cycle like this & also minimizing bloat throughout?
I’m going to be eating mostly clean/low sodium meals. Also planning on cardio 20mins steady state after every lift. Plus other HIIT stuff randomly (ropes) 3 day split lifting 5 to 6 days a week each session 2 hours give or take.
