2nd Cycle, Dose/Timing Advice?

Well this doesnt exactly sound like you did it naturally. And calling test/tren a lretty standard cycle is about as ignorant as one can sound. And you arent doing it naturally because your seeking advice on a test cycle that sounds about as ignorant as your previous cycle

This is why your having issues. Your a closed minded 22 year old thats well on his way to fucking up his body with standard test/tren cycles.

Running your ass off everyday and eating 1300 cal isnt going to get you the results you want your still just gonna be skinny fat like you are now. You say your not worried about your LBM just burning fat… You do know that one of the best ways to burn fat is to increase your LBM? No ofcourse you dont because your eating like a 12 year old anorexic girl and running marathons daily

Ps. My bench was 315 naturally and i was running 5 miles in less than 35 mins before i touched gear and i was 6 foot 200lbs

If you’re killing it then what exactly is the problem? Either there is no problem—which would be weird since you came here seeking advice for said problem—or perhaps you’re not quite killing it. If what you’re doing isn’t working then you…do…something…else.

If you are 149 with love handles you are skinny fat. At 1300 calories your body is burning up LBM and sparing the fat. Eat more, lift heavy, stop running, start walking.
