What prompted the decsiion to go indigo ??. sounds fascinating stuff but definitely not me (beginner) territory.

I have been battling the body recomp in the middle of me for a long, long time.

I’ve read through the changes and effects on others and am taking this rebuilding after surgery to change the game.

Definitely let us know how the Indigo stuff goes. Is it supposed to work even if your training is limited?

Thursday - 11/17

One of my last pre-I3G training logs.

Limiting factor from hernia repair is the upper right corner of the mesh which is just below my lowest rib,

2x45lbsx8x2x4x2 - extended set. I fizzled on the first4 set, hence the 2. Reset and did 4 then 2 reps

Took day off. Abs/repair area had a lot of pain driving home after lifting last night.

I failed on the double concentration halfway through on the last 2 sets. Just could not get my arms to work.

Evening - I played an hour of ice hockey.

It was the first time back on the ice post hernia surgery. I had some soreness, but was able to go all out without pain.

Granted, I’m slower and have lost a lot of my cardio endurance…

Saturday - 11/26

I played hockey tonight with my team in one of the amateur leagues in town.

We ended up with a 1-1 tie.

I felt ok skating, had only one moment of pain when I was fighting over the puck with a defenseman.

I have lost some cardio endurance.

Did have several comments on how fast I skated and control I had.

Had one good chance to score on my first shift, didn’t lift the puck enough and it got caught up on the goalie’s jersey on his shoulder.
