The Pros took it up a notch against each other. They had fun playing with the regular people.

So… still trying to get the lifting on a regular schedule.

Going with 531 BBB, simple, not a lot of accessory work to do.

Plan is to lift for strength, really dial in my diet and supplements.

Use Hockey as my cardio. throw in walking and hill spriints when I can.

Played in a game in the upper level of my league today, got an assist on a break out pass I put right on the tape of the other winger to give him a break away.

Played the 2nd place team in my league level right after that. Got an assist on our only goal. Ended up losing 1-3.
