Leg Raises - 5 sets of 10 reps.

Refereeing an adult hockey tournament,
I’ll cover 5 games in 24 hours from Friday evening to Saturday evening.

08/24/2013 - Guess what??? More Hockey.
Refereed the 8 AM, 915 AM, and then the 715 PM games in the tournament. 3 more hours of skating.
Watched a few games too.
And MT… I had all the beer I could drink from the morning to when I finally went home.
08/25/2913 - even more hockey
Played my league game and refereed the game right after mine.
2 more hours of skating.
Finally buried a puck in the back of the net.
Team still lost 3-2.

Someone has to set a high standard.
A lot of people whining on FB because they ended up play 3-4 games over the weekend.
Makes me laugh.
It is disappointing when you can’t play more, but you do need some beer time.

08/27/2013 - well it was supposed to be hockey…
Arrived at the rink to find our ice was cancelled.
Seems the AAA 18 team screwed up and was getting additional “training”
Went out instead.

So I haven’t updated recently because life’s crap has gotten in the way.
I have concluded I need to do more dead lifts to correct that.
Sounds like a good idea. If life gives you crap, drop your deadlift max on it.
