Huh - I suddenly had this strange urge to look in on 2busy and see what he was up to. You must be sending out victory vibes . . . .

Congrats!

Nice work in here. Where do you train in Omaha?

Thanks!

I use one of the 24 Hour Fitnesses in Omaha.

Well…

No training for a while.

I had a Transient Ischemic Attack (mini-stroke) at the start of July and have been placed on restrictions by the doc.

OMGGGGGGGGGG THAT SUCKS BUDDY!! Take care/feel bettER !

Should be cleared by the neurologist today and return to full activity.

Sorry to hear the health news, hopefully you get cleared.

You grew your hair out  nice!

Hi Up!

I was fully cleared today. Doc said I was in great health and the TIA was apparently just a fluke occurrence.

Thanks for noticing the hair change, lol.

Squats in the squat rack

95 x 10
135 x 10
185 x 8
225 x 3
245 x 1
225 x 3
225 x 3

Walk 3.5 mph, Incline@ 6, 15 minutes

Weighed in @ 186.6

Well I’m back.

Busy with kids, hockey, work, and lifting.

I now skate usually at least 5 hours a week, refereeing games and playing.

Lifting, I have gone to Wendler’s 531, which works well with my schedule.

Using the bodyweight template instead of the BBB.

Finally getting back to the same weight levels I was lifting before I had the TIA.

Great news!

Glad you are up and at em… I haven’t been on in some time. Cheers buddy!!
