Saturday - 8/19

Had the Pro’s VS Joe’s Hockey game.

Some former pro’s, current pro’s, College D1 players, former and current USHL players played with us.

They mixed up the teams so we had Pro’s and Joe’s on both sides.

I was on the dark side, of course.

Scored forth goal of the game on a breakaway from my blue line, beat a former USHL goalie with a backhand shot.

I felt I played well enough, was able to keep up the pace, could still sprint on the breakaways with the college kids and pros in the 3rd period.

Dark Side won 15-14.

It’s been 6 weeks since there was any comments on my training log.

I’ll consider starting it up again when my surgery is over.

Busy! I haven’t been around Tnation much, but I just want to wish you all the best with the surgery. Sorry to hear that it’s a double, but you’re in awesome shape so you’ll likely bounce back pretty fast. I’d give you advice but I know you know the drill. :slight_smile:

Yes you were right on the date.

They told me I had a couple of more by the big ventral on my upper abs.

They were able to do it all lathroscopicaly, and went all through my abs.

No lifting for 6 weeks. Nothing more then a gallon of milk.
