Hello Coach, I’m on your 2A program, last week I worked like crazy and and did the double stimulation day on wednesday and the pump day on sunday. I’m aware this is really not the program was designed and just wanted to know if that happens again if it was better to do the sessions on their proper day even if I’m exhausted or do them fresher another day?
I should add that I’m asking because the week before I did train tuesday morning despite having a hard day and I felt miserable when my shift ended and the day after, while this week I feel really good, despite having done the pump day on sunday I increased the weights on monday and performed the reps better, really owning the weights
well the double stimulation day needs to be done the day after a major workout for those same muscles. If you do that you can structure the workouts to better fit your schedule
