29 Year Old Animal In the Making

That sure looks like what you describe in your last post… No condecending, just you not believing that he lifts what he claims he lifts…

Good point there prof…

I usually avoid going into much detail about any weight I specifically lift, but you can bet that if I claimed it, it is what I do FOR REPS…not some weight I may have gotten once with a spotter pulling half the weight or with a bench shirt that took 20% or more of the load off of me.

A max lift is now defined as a weight where a spotter does half the weight or where a bench shirt takes 20% of the load? If so, then by God, you’re right.

If I was going to claim a max lift, it would be one where I lifted the weight MYSELF. That was what that post was stating.

However, I can see why everything must need to be broken down to simplest terms for you.

How is this relevant again…? The fact that you don’t think that assisted reps count as a “max” rep, isn’t very… surprising, i don’t think many do you see. Do you have any indications that the lifts he claimed was assisted? No… Is “…but you can bet that if I claimed… blablabla fullofmyself blablabla” relevant? No, again.

so… let us see:

a) You display an amazing lack of knowledge about single ply gear in powerlifting.

b) You act condecending (not that it’s very unusual for you).

c) You get up in a fizzy when i point it out and like a frustrated, defensive 14-year old.

So far, so good. Something tells me that the “prof” didn’t get trough high school…

The “prof” is laughing at you. I got “trough” high school and much more.

I won’t be repeating anything else in this thread for you. I made myself clear. You have made yourself…transparently retarded.

Hehe, the thing is… You don’t come out as very intelligent when the only “arguments” you have are comments on my third language and a variety of insults…

Fact remains: You made a 100% irrelevant and condecending comment just to be an ass, and now you try your normal bully act scare tactic… Sad for a grown man, but then again, it takes real balls to admit an error, and I highly doubt that you have anything close to that.

Dude your thread just turned into a battlefield.

I see that,it has been from day one. This thread has been a total waste of time.

Dude, the first mistake you made is asking strangers to judge you. Fuck all these dudes. I hate this website. If it were not for Dave Tate, Alwyn Cosgrove and dudes like them posting articles on here I wouldn’t even look at it. Fuck so called bodybuilders and and fitness fags who do nothing but knock a new guy for wanting to be heard.

Every person on here who gave you a hard way to go is a total cocksucker and if they were to ever meet you I guarantee they would never say these things to you. This website lets these idiots get on here and make fun and insult anyone they please. The rude ones should be banned, but unfortunately T-Nation must not care about customer service.

Don’t listen to any of these negative assholes. I know none of could hang in one of my workouts much less my daughter’s. Keep plugging away at your sport. but get your head out of your ass and stop reading this bullshit. This is not a powerlifting website. These dudes are not weightlifters, they are fitness buffs.
