Question regarding HCG transportation.
I left home last night and am away for work in a remote area for 4 weeks and I could not get HCG any sooner when I was in town because nobody stocked it so my wife picked it up for me today. I’ve been told it cannot be shipped through mail.
Its brand name is PREGNYL and comes in 1500 IU ampules Im not sure if its premixed already or in powder form.
Can it be mailed? It would be in transit for 3 days.
Is it completely useless if left out of refrigerator or just slightly less effective? There must be some trick to it because its sold alot online illegally on steroid sites and i doubt those guys are sending it refrigirated.
hCG ships just fine if dry, they can send the hCG with a vial of BA water, 0.9% benzyl alcohol and a syringe to transfer water to the hCG vial. 1ml per 1000iu hCG.
Dry hCG stores well at room temperature. But might not like a hot truck on the outback.
Once wet, can easily be damage by warmth and/or shaking. Have seen wet hCG in a cold back destroyed on a 5 hour truck run in Kansas [so heat was not a factor]. I knew the patient from here, doctor and pharmacy and drove home the message to not ship any peptides wet.
General regulations might require that the drug be shipped in a cold pack.
Thanks for the reply Ksman. In the future i will carry it on the plane with me in a lunchbox or something with an icepack in there to maintain its temperature but for now ill ship it thru mail it wont get overheated i dont think. Its only 2 weeks worth anyways.
Quick question regarding dostinex. Im getting insomnia headaches and pressure on eyes when i lay in bed trying to sleep.
Is there any herbal pills or anything thats more natural based that will help with the sleep?. I can put up with the other stuff…
Also this 0.5 mg dose was taken prior to your advice of pill splitting so perhaps next week 0.25 mg may be less severe sides when i start splitting the pill?
Sleep: 5mg melatonin in time-release formula. Must be time-release. Available as a supplement in USA, highly controlled many other places. Vitamin C and magnesium may be helpful. Benadryl works at first, but wears off during the night and wakes you up. Fast acting melatonin does the same and falling melatonin levels are the mechanism of waking up. You need a dark room, light coming through eyelids striking iris makes melatonin drop via a nerve pathway that has only recently been discovered and not via optic nerve pathway a previously assumed.
Done my first HCG injection today. Bit of a fuck up breaking the powder amp the glass shattered at the top but luckily nothing went in because I held it on an angle.
Second problem I had was the only needles i have are 23g 1 inch. So I drew in the bac water and put it in the hcg amp and it immediately dissolved it so i gave it a gentle swirl and drew all that back in
The problem there was from the neck of the amp to the bottom of it is more than an inch so it was hard to get everything. I did an ok job tilting it horizontally until I could get it.
Question is what type of needle should I get I dont know much about needle sizes since this is my fiest time injecting anything.
I need a needle thats longer than an inch preferably and does syringe matter the ones I have atm are 3 ml syringes. The bac water vial is 1 ml so in the future I will buy 1 ml ones I think.
From all the youtube videos I watched it would definitely be easier doing this with vials instead of amps…

No I havent yet @KSman as it is my first time I will definitely look into it. 5000 IU vial + 5 ml water looks so simple to do and the maths for dividing doses is super simplified like that too.
I have a feeling this probably isn’t an option in Australia just like all the primoteston is in ampules too. I know they also stock sus250 but not sure if thats vials or amps…

Took my second shot of HCG today. About 15 hours ago.
I can’t notice anything from it which makes me wonder if I am maybe primary therefore HCG wont do anything. Or maybe it was damaged during transport so thats why it’s having no effect. It was in transit for 48 hours.
The FSH and LH is adequate and testicles are failing.

The Pituitary is failing to send out even more FSH and LH and I should be out of upper range for both because @130ish ng/dl test level the brain should be screaming for more test.
Total test - 26 nmol/L (10-35)
SHBG - 36 (10-50)
Prolactin - 240 mu/L (<330)
Oestradiol - 210 (<190)
So e2 is high which I got anastrozole for now.
Symptoms wise I feel slightly better overall and sex drive is definitely improved. Will take 1 mg anastrozole per week and see if there is any improvement when i do my next labs 6 weeks from now.
Possible this is the aromatization inside testies that Ksman always talks about. May lower hcg dose also if needed.
So testosterone increased by x6 since previous blood test and e2 went up by x2.
Finally got onto the testosterone. Gf got pregnant in july expecting baby boy in april.
Ive been prescribed 250 mg of test e every two weeks with 0.5 mg anastrozole twice a week.
Obviously this protocol sucks and wont be what I will do long term but for now im going to inject 125 mg once a week and get some labs drawn after a few weeks. Once i start seeing some numbers i will tinker with it and fine tune it since this is in australia i cant get vial test so its in pre filled syringe 1 ml which is why im doing half of it once per week. Splitting it into quarters would not be ideal.
Question is how long does it take to feel the benefits of testosterone.
I injected 26 hours ago. Feel the same so far. Also i injected into belly fat not muscle.
Any updates OP? Hopefully congrats on the baby! I’m starting up trt (again) this time round with Dr Z also. Seems a lot better than the endocrinologists, although he didn’t mention my TSH was 3.9 which is considered high, something that concerns me. I found a compounding pharmacy that makes up bulk HCG in Melbourne and is way more practical than normal 1500iu Pregnyl since I’m using smaller doses.
