First of all, a carb loading day is to replenish the glycogen stores in your muscles (which should be near depleted after a week of no carbs). It does not mean eat 0 grams of protein for a day. That is full retard. Also, the carbs in fruit will only replenish liver glycogen, not muscle glycogen.

Second, you are getting ~70g protein from the eggs, maybe ~100g from the beef and MAYBE 10-20g from the nuts and cheese. You are eating less than 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. This is in no way conducive to adding 2" to your arms and 6" to your chest. Eat more protein.

Third, your “cycle”, if you can even call it that, is also FULL RETARD. Had you done 10 minutes of research you would have realized how crappy a dbol only cycle is. Your dose is too low, you are running it way too long, you have no PCT, and you’re probably going to lose 90% of any gains you make (which will be minimal with that shitty diet). You’ll also grow a nice pair of bitch tits (might add an inch to your chest though!).

No offense, but you sound a little on the chubby side. I’m assuming you think the anabolic diet is going to help you build muscle and lose fat at the same time. This is not going to happen. You need to decide whether you want to bulk or cut, and then do it the right way.

Then you need to buy some Nolvadex, quit taking the Dbol and research proper PCT. After you get your diet squared away and do your homework on AAS, come back with a plan that isn’t full retard.

Checked your log. You’re training max for deadlift is 250 and you say you’ve been training for a “good while”? I’ve been training for onyl 1.5 years and my deadlift is double that. Also, I have 30 pounds on your bench and some on your squat and my squat SUCKS.

You should reconsider your diet/training if you think you’ve reached the point where you need to cycle to continue making progress.

Damn dude learn how to read…and to all the other clowns on the forum, I could care less about your scientific views…and I dont know about any of you but some people live on a budget and train at their house with limited equipment…BTW your progress is fantastic for you…I train 4-6 months out of the year…and maybe most of you forgot that my goals are for 30 years…I got plenty of time to get stronger than most of you and be able to train longer…most of you will probably quit in the next 2 years…even tho I have lifted inconsistently to some standards… every year I train…and again…why do any of you care? you guys get on here to flame and talk crap so…anyhow…peace
