Started training last year, i was 230, now at 200, i never tracked my diet, but eating less than usual from last 4 months, getting only around 100-120gm protein everyday, still making progress, slow but steady, will be more serious in future, what do you think, should i keep going & lose another 20 pounds or time to clean bulk.
