I’ve been doing the typical, inhale, exhale thing… but you’ve probably got some tricks we can learn. Do you, like, rotate days between nostrils? Monday - Left, Tuesday - Right… or is it more of the full nose thing?

Im planning to be on this site for the next year at least.
First pic was @ 60kg flat.
second I am 69.7kgs
first pic of new years I will be at or above 75kgs
(which was my first goal. Stack on 15kg in under a month)
In the new year I will be focusing on bulking up to about 90kgs @ about 8% body fat.

At that point I may start considering supplements.
I want to be at around 150kgs by time im 30. (in 3 years.)
Don’t even worry about the scale weight. My goal is to get down to a lean 185-190lbs (204.4 today). Just lift smart and eat a lot of good food. Follow 5/3/1 or something similar its a great program.
