No, you just have been unfortunate thus far and have pulled in some of the trolls on this site. optheta is widely regarded as a huge troll on this site, so I wouldn’t take what he says too seriously.

I was messin with him, FFS. And fuck you I’m not a troll just cuz I am a dick does not mean a I’m a troll.
You’re one large mammal. (I mean that as a compliment)
If you wanna prove to people you’re really over 300, just record a video of you stepping on the scale.

Does he seriously need to prove his weight? God damn people are weird here. He’s a bodybuilder, last time I watched a bodybuilding show I don’t recall all the competitors standing on their own personal scales on stage.
Fuck the haters, you’re damn impressive.
16 egg whites!?!? jesus christ. Anyways, do you use liquid egg whites or actual ones?
bodybuilder always always lie about their weight
example phil heath olympia win 2 years ago was listed 280…commentators said he was no more than 260
its really all for show.
this guy reminds me of trey brewer but to claim 315 while being respectably lean then you need proof
trey was fat as fuck at over 300…

You’re missing the point. Why do you even care what he weighs? Bodybuilding is about APPEARANCE ONLY. All that matters is how he APPEARS on stage. He could weigh 150, or 450, as long as he looks right, that’s all that matters.
Get. A. Life.

He’s not that tall. 5’10" is pushing it. I bet about 5’9".

Here is me weighing after cardio and sauna this morning - no breakfast yet.
And a pick of my back yesterday lifting.

Actual ones bro most of the time. I just find it easier to buy bulk eggs from wally world by the 5 dozens. I go through lots of eggs lol. Sometimes I eat 16 twice a day if I am feeling hungry at night.
And yes I love yellow tanks. And thank you again for all the kind words and comments. I still have a long way to go, but I am hitting it hard. Always room to grow and get better!

Aaaaand Ronald1919 gets owned. although you have nothing to prove, thanks for that ![]()
Some peopel were just born to be big, FML.
Bauber, I have to say I’m a big fan. I like your attitude and how humble you seem to be. Also, laugh out loud at just posting the weighing video to shut people up. Nice work.

Haha well played. I’d wager that you’re a lonely mouthbreathing virgin ronald, hiding behind a computer, getting off on trying to drag successful people down. @Bauber - Insane size man. What were some of your biggest lessons learned in getting to where you are now?
I just try to be myself and what you see is what you get. My life has been fairly blessed compared to some. Some of the big lessons I have learned are as follows -
-
I learned years ago take how hard you think you have to work to achieve lofty goals and quadruple it and you will come out with about how hard its going to be.
-
What works for me does not work for everyone else. Actually works for relatively few people.
-
Meet people where they are in life, training, goals, etc. Not everyone wants to be a bodybuilder and that is great. As long as you are going after your goals I am impressed and rooting for you.
-
How central diet is to making impressive gains and physique changes.
-
Love those close to you, friends and family, every day because you are never promised tomorrow and try to be the best person you can be every day.
Other than that train hard, eat like a monster, and take what you want in life through hard work and dedication.
I also learned to keep my lifting short intense and sweet. I rarely go over 1.5 hours of actual lifting I try to keep it to an hour on most days. This was one of the hardest things for me, but I have made much better progress by hitting it hard and limiting myself to not overtrain and focusing more on eating and resting respectively. I was spending almost 3 hours in the gym doing insane amounts of exercises and reps. Not anymore!
Bauber,
You are a real construction site, can’t wait to see the final product. As for the constant questioning of your size, a picture of a horse doesn?t look THAT big, and then you shit when you stand next to it!
I’m just an ol’ has-been never-was so take what I say as just my opinion, but damn there’s something under all of that. Once you trim down, your middle definition will come out and you will look bigger. You have a serious power lifter turned bodybuilder look to you.
By the way, I envy guys with nice calfs, I never had em. Keep me posted; can’t wait.
