I was Just trying to get it on the lower side. And Thats what someone suggested me do. I wish more people would chime in. I get blood work again in 6 weeks. Should I try to lower my prolactin or should I just follow doctors orders?

You are on anti-depressants? You should have mentioned them from the start for fuck’s sake.

Go to your shrink, show him your test results and tell him you have erectile dysfunction. Disregard any previous advice.

Abstract

PURPOSE: To evaluate endocrine profile and hypothalamic-pituitary-testis (HPT) axis in male depressed patients with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI)-induced sexual dysfunction (SDF).

MATERIALS AND METHODS: Eighty-six fertile depressed male patients with SSRI-induced SDF, aged 18 to 50 years, were enrolled in the study (group 1). Sixty-two age-matched depressed fertile patients who currently receive one of the SSRIs but without SDF (group 2), and 68 age-matched healthy fertile men who had never received a psychiatric diagnosis (group 3) served as controls.

Pretreatment evaluation included history and physical examination and International Index of Erectile Function. Two blood samples were drawn from each subject at 20-minute intervals for the determination of the resting levels of the following hormones: luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), testosterone, prolactin, and estradiol. The HPT axis was also assessed using the gonadotropin-releasing hormone test.

RESULTS: The prevalence of hormonal abnormalities in groups 1, 2, and 3 were 83.7% (72), 51.6% (32), and 11.8% (7), respectively (P = 0.001 vs group 1 and 0.007 vs group 2). Compared with normal controls, the subjects taking SSRIs had significantly lower serum levels of LH, FSH, and testosterone. In addition, there were significantly decreased LH and FSH responses to gonadotropin-releasing hormone test in groups 1 and 2 compared with normal controls. Of patients in groups 1 and 2, 68 (79.1%) and 27 (43.5%) had elevated serum levels of prolactin (P = 0.0001 vs group 1 and 0.001 vs group 2).

CONCLUSIONS: Most depressed subjects taking SSRIs with and without SDF had diminished HPT axis function.
I see my therapist once a month and i just seen him 4 days ago and told him and he didn’t say anything , Prozac is only 10mg and most the time I forget to take it.

It already is on the lower side. I wouldnt bother with it. I think your prescription meds are causing some of these unwanted side effects.

If you cant find caber prami is quite easy to find just like peptides…

If I continue to take stinging nettle extract, Tribulus or ZMA is that going to negatively effect me?

I told you to take aromasin at a low does of 6.25mg EOD to bring your estrogen down or at least keep it low as your test increases when your prolactin level drops, AND to increase FREE TEST, which is another thing aromasin can do.

But, as I told up in the last post, disregard previous advice as your current condition is not due to gear.

You mentioned dopamine, I’m prescribed vyvanse and Prozac. I know Prozac effects dopamine.
talk to your doc about this, and ask about adding in something to manage your prolactin or switching to medications that won’t elevate that.

next time maybe mention this and save everybody a shitload of time…

Then tell it to your endo. You can try getting prami instead of caber but I’m not feeling too confident of your ability to source and self-medicate at the moment, and also taking into consideration any potential adverse interaction with vyvanse.

I would definitely not be self medicating in this situation

I had ed problems on certain anti depressants.

why would you consider another cycle after you just ruined your balls for life? You’re fucked bro. Good job hope it was worth it. You’ll be on TRT in no time “blasting and cruising” because that’s what all the cool people with small nuts do.

Yea that’s what I’m going to do is wait until I re do my blood work in 6 weeks. Although 10mg of Prozac is a very very low dose and half the time I forget to take it. Now I take 70 mg of vyvanse which is a really high dose. The thing that gets me is both my primary Care doctor And my physch doctors know about my recent blood work and all my medications.

I didn’t say I was going to be doing another cycle for awhile if at all. I just want to educate myself.
