Your diet and training suck! 4 years and thats it?? Take a serious look at how you are eating and training. Consider hiring someone to help if you are not sure what you are doing. You need to work on everything

Actually, 5 years now since you’re bumping a year old thread.

Definitely need to work on those legs man. Romanian DL squats leg ext and mad calves. Your chest could use filling. and you bicep peak. GL you thickness should make it easy for you to build decent muscle and reach your goals
