yesterday evening I did bench. hit 445 for a single then put on my buddies titan ram and went up to 525. Kinda cool, but not something I wanna do all the time. Then hit some rack press and guillotine bench.
Today:
Pullups: Did 13 to warm up which is a new PR for my fat ass. then wide grips with plus45 and close grip plus 90. Then I wore out doing triangles
Reverse pushups 5x10
Hammer curls: 10,8,7 @ 90
