235 by June 2012

yesterday evening I did bench. hit 445 for a single then put on my buddies titan ram and went up to 525. Kinda cool, but not something I wanna do all the time. Then hit some rack press and guillotine bench.

Today:
Pullups: Did 13 to warm up which is a new PR for my fat ass. then wide grips with plus45 and close grip plus 90. Then I wore out doing triangles

Reverse pushups 5x10

Hammer curls: 10,8,7 @ 90

last night did a bench pullup day. Monday is no longer going to work for squat day. I think Friday nights are gonna be my new skwat day

edit: and if thats the case, I’ll start deadlifting…
