This is me in October of 2012, 3 days out from the first of the two pro qualifier NANBF shows I competed in back in 2012. I had two disappointing second place finishes in Open so I did not receive a pro card. I would like some feedback as I have just started my gaining phase about 4 weeks ago. Currently I am 193lbs at 3500 cals (50% carbs, 20-25% fat, 25-30% protein).
Last gaining phase I hit a peak of 218lbs then cut down to 166lbs (as seen in these pictures) it was a rough process lol (52lbs!!!). I am trying to work on chest and shoulder developement and of course overall size, but hey Im natty and only 23 so Im doing my best. I would love some feedback as I am trying for an IFPA pro card again in 2014. Let me know what you think.
