I haven’t decided that yet, posting a vid isn’t a priority right now since I have a lot of stuff going on in my life right now and want to get my home gym looking at least fairly decent before I post online etc.
New Years update: Just benched 225lbs x 44…9 reps off the record now:)

Some powerlifting federation needs to add the 225lb Bench Press for max reps to their events.
Not to antagonize you but that will turn the whole sport of Powerlifting into a complete joke. It’ll revert back to the time they called it “odd lifting”.
I do recall that is about what I felt about State Powerlifting records when someone would enter a meet to set a State Record in, say Bench Press, and do a 135lb squat and 135lb deadlift to get credit for the Bench Press record should they break the record.
The 225lb Bench Press for max reps would at least have a standard.
Some federations allow Bench only, or Deadlift only, or Bench and Deadlift (push / pull). Personally, I don’t think any records should be allowed in those categories. I don’t have anything against them, but it is harder when you squat first. I plan on doing push / pull for my next meet. The squat gives me anxiety much more than the other two, and it has been a while since competing. Not setting any records in either, just for fun. Would like to get a 1000 lb push / pull total at 198 which is a long way off from record territory.
I am getting a chuckle out of the idea that the 225 for reps is what will turn powerlifting into a joke.

Work For Health (organisation which supported me/continues to support with my mental health issues etc) have told me that they will assist me with filming my record attempt., the details of this are yet to be figured out…feelin stoked!!!
Just hit 225lbs for 50…I was gonna bench much heavier today (like 125-130kgs for reps but, I just decided to go for it and see what happened).
How has your body changed during this? Noticed any chest and tricep development?
Yeah, I would say say my chest and triceps have definitely grown a bit in the last three months or so. Benching in-itself has never really been that great for my triceps, but benching + tricep isolation work defintely starts to make my tris pop out a bit more over time.

New Goal in order to ‘raise the bar’ on my training efforts, bench press 112kgs x 50 (just hit 39 reps).
Just nailed this! (112kgs x 50)…almost didn’t get 50 reps because I whacked the barbell on the damn J hooks on the rep number 43.
Man that was some fast progress!

No, I’m probably not going to be recording any of my lifts until (britain comes out of lockdown) & I have somwhere to record and figure out a strategy for fundraising etc.
It’s a lil bit frustrating, but I think in the long run it should all hopefully come together nicely.
