Last spread during routine
Had some stiff competition didn’t do that well but it was worth it in the end. Gained about 8 lbs since the competition, I’m gonna hit the gym this week with a new goal of deadlifting 500 by May.

This one for shits and giggles, this is about 14 months ago. Can’t believe I looked like that.

Little update: Doing the powerlifting route right now, I broke through a milestone for me and pulled 500 at 164lbs so I’m feeling good about that. Squat haven’t even attempted a max in a long time but doing 375x5, I need to work on my depth. Bench is stagnant at 275 and I would love to figure out how to get that sh*t up. I’ll probably move this thread over to the powerlifting board.
