Sorry to disappoint but your calves are no where near ‘pretty huge’ they are currently around the ‘10 year old girl’ mark

For the record, Steve Reeves measurement were:

Arms: 18.5
Calves: 18.5
Neck: 18.5
Thighs: 27
Chest: 54
Waist: 30

15 is very close to 18… maybe in a year or 2 i could hit that mark… im not sure who your comparing me to but i dont wanna be like ronnie

check out this article it has some pretty cool info about the body im looking for…

Don??t worry son I can guarantee YOU will never look like Ronnie Coleman, maybe you should stick too posting on BB.com if you think its so cool.

P.S. I also do not believe your calves to be 15?? they look more like 12??
trust me they are 15… anyhow i know that im not in good shape and i need to add way more mass, just remembering your comments will push me harder in the gym thanks…

Dude… Im 14 and all my measurements are bigger (shouders .5 smaller, waist about the same) and ive only been working out for 3-4 months. Ur calves arent exactly huge, but theyre pretty cut. Pretty small dude. Good job though
well i started at 110 lbs … good job for having good genetics…

I doubt you’ll get your calves to grow 3 inches in 1-2 years (if you do, you could write a book on it). I’d guess more like 5 years. And that’s assuming everything else grows. You have extremely little mass, and before thinking about “sculpting” or “adjusting” certain bodyparts, you should eat and lift like hell for a couple of years. Then you might have some more “clay” to be sculpted ;-)
thanks bro gonna def bulk up and add some MASS !

bigger isnt always better bro

sorry to break it to you, but it’s better i tell the truth than lie.

You’re small.

I’m double posting to emphasize that you have no significant mass, you’re just ‘cut’ (notice the apostrophies). Dont let that get to you. EVER. You’re small.

Back in my days i used to think i was big because i was lean http://www.T-Nation.com/forum_images/mytphotos/fullSize/be00d-IMG_1723.jpg jesus christ, i was tiny and would never go back.

You have a long way to go but good potential. Keep at it… Oh and that pic to the left? that’s last summer, i used to think i was ‘‘big’’ until i bulked and gained more mass and strenght. I realised, i will be small, and will alawys be small until i reach the 200 lbs mark lean (i’m 5’6). I have years and years ahead of steroid free training ahead of me. I haven’t reached my maximum potential.
Antoher thing, when you gain ‘some’ mass, dont let your friends get to your head when they tell you ''omg you’re getting huge!" I get that all the time at work and the gym… (heck, my boss is convinced i’m on ‘juice’) That’s complete bullshit. Keep in your head, you aint shit until you’ve been training for atleast 5 serious years. Stay motivated.

Remember, you’re small.

Eat big, train big, rest big = you’ll be big.

So go back to the drawing board. Plan out your meals, training and rest. Good luck.

last thing, straighten your posture, it’ll do your image, body and game (with women) good. Get used to lowering and bringing your shoulders back. Chest high up.

always have that technique in th eback of your head, it’ll become natural. I used to have terrible posture last year. after doing what i told you and deadlifting, i have perfect posture.

I really would not use the word ‘cut’ to describe the OP

If someone is ‘cut’ then it means they have added some mass and then ‘cut’ that mass by losing body fat and making their gained muscle mass more defined.

This kid has done none of that he is not ‘cut’

OP,
If you say your calves are 15 inches then fair enough, but I have picture of my calf from when I was exactly the same weight as you when my calves were 15 inches. And as you can see in the picture my calf muscle looks bigger than in yours, different angle I know but the difference is obvious.

I rate your log in name: very apt.

You look okay from the front- reasonable pecs, small but quite aesthetic, the sort of physique teenage girls like possibly, but you look shockingly pathetic from behind.

I recommend training ON and not off. Also I recommend developing a love affair with your refrigerator.

Good luck! Most of us didn`t look too different at 21.

I lol’d at your before picture but nice progress.

As for the op, you should bulk for a while, get on a solid program such as abbh, or wsfsb, both have shown me great results. Make sure you’re eating enough to gain some size, as of now you don’t really have any. Don’t worry about your abs, or being “ripped” right away, once you have the size you can always cut down.

No offense guy but if you add 3.5 inches to your calves in 2 years I will bow down to your god status. Kinda proves how little you know about BB. I mean I’ve got almost 16inch arms flexed and could still use a bit a trimming…but hey I’m only 3 inches away hell I could have 19inch arms in 2 years…Get real.

oh and Imasri I just looked at that old photo of you…jesus…glad you learned your lesson great progress!

I hope that photo didn’t scare the living hell out of you HAAHA  Here’s a before and after of 10 months of straight training. After doesn’t have the best double bi pose (lats aren’t extended) but checkout the latspread to compensate… (oh and i love the shaved head, it gives me a mean look… People move out of your way in the gym )

and the lat spread…

anyway, train hard, eat big, rest big listen to people, dont be ‘i know it all’ and read read read. Alot of guys here know their shit.

heres a pic of my calves yours look a little bigger,i dont really work on them hard but maybe i was just blessed with good genetics… as for me being cut im not sure when i joined the gym the estimate was 10% bf it could have went up a bit with the bulk that im doing but i still lean.

good genetics…LMFAO

for being a ‘hardcore’ bb website I’m surprised people post such underdeveloped physiques ALL the time. Really do you look at yourself in the mirror and think you look really big and have only small areas that could need improvements? Many of the physiques that are constantly posted are lacking a lot of places.

I’m not saying I look amazing, but I definitely wouldn’t be posting in here unless I had considerable gains if ever.

I come here to look for motivation sometimes, but so rarely see it. You know people who have actually put in considerable time and like to give some info on their training and other things. Or amazing transformations, like skinny guy getting huge. Or when you do see this all the underdeveloped people come and accuse them of steroids or something ridiculous like that.

/end rant Just it seems recently there has been a wave of really unimpressive physiques coming here.

Believe it or not, one of the primary reasons I post almost exclusively in the Steroid section is that it is one of the few forums left here where the majority of the members have either put in their time and offer real world advice, or are there to learn and don’t have a cocky, know-it-all attitude to make up for their Karen Carpenter frame.

OP, your attitude is ridiculous. You should be in the latter camp. You mouth should not be open save to ask questions. You are in a good place and can achieve a lot with the information and mentoring available via this website. Don’t waste the opportunity.
