So what, now we’re going to have a sudden influx of Men’s Health members coming to this site to continue their arguements?
You say that as if it were a bad thing.
It is.

And by the way I aint starting out lean I had to run like a mad-man to get this way. Im talking sprints from goal-post to goal post at 5-6 am some mornings. Im not like this naturally, I had to train to get like this, While eating almonds, salads, grilled chicken almost exclusively.
Hmm, I’d suggest that you do your sprints at 530-624 some mornings while drinking Ronnie Coleman’s urine almost exclusively. Remember to drink it while sprinting, it will halt catabolism. Maybe after that you won’t be so tiny, tiny Tim. Best of luck.

lol, this kid is lying has ass off, he only started lifting weights maybe 2 weeks ago. From the looks of the back/leg pic it looks like he hasnt put much work in at all.
Oh btw, way to shave that chest!

That made me laugh my ass off. The funny thing is you went from fat and hairy to a bald bean pole!! This is great!

And by the way I will come to anybody’s gym in MD and you may lift more then me but I will out due you in intesity gaurantee it. I try to mimic Arnold in his prime when Im in the gym
I go to the Gold’s in Crofton during the summer, maybe I will take you up on this in a few months
Im bout to blow up in size though. I get jacked up on “labrada super charge” before class and just murder the squat rack first thing as hard as I can and now I eat 4 eggs for breakfast, a huge bowl of oatmeal, and either bacon or sausage for starters.
This thread is at least a bit amusing. If this guy is actually for real and not a complete troll he needs to law off the wee-tard sandwiches as he must have them for breakfast lunch and dinner.
That ronnie colemans piss halting catabolism was hilaroious btw.
If this guy is for real ? You obviously dont know me. Im so for real about lifting weights that you couldnt even relate to my attitude towards it. This is my life. Thats it.

Well by the summer I will be accepting payments from gyms to work out there because I will be a muscle celebrity. Maybe you could pay the cost for your gym

And by the way, he will also come to any of your children’s elementary schools and your children may spell better than he can, but he will out due your children in effort. ‘Gauranteed.’

You rule dude, I swear. Can I videotape you working out or will that cost me an extra bag of cool ranch doritos?

Makes me wish I lived in Maryland.
triple-10sets you have potential, but your attitude is going to get your ass kicked and probably sooner than you think if you act like this outside your computer. Confidence is good, but all this smack talking is just the opposite.
said you were going to be an American God, Called Blake Adams (from Youtube)a fitness icon, said the Perfect push up would get your “chest and arms right”, did all your workouts on a playground because you did not want to burn out on weights, posted videos of yourself on yout tube doing push ups and only did about 10
asked about buying the bands TO uses, cried to everyone one day because you ate something that was bad for you, were worried about jumping head first into this and quitting like you do everything else and stated you do more for the fitness boards in one day than anyone else does in a month…
Ohh so that’s how Arnold got so big in his prime, from all of that intensity. You are a prime example as to why “core exercises” don’t make you bigger by making you stabilize yourself. Stop ripping on other people when the wind could blow you over.
Yeah but im gonna keep talking cause i wanna push everyone on here that got the same goals as me. I aint trying to hurt nobody with what I say. And im gonna do what I do which is motivate. Think of me competing with your ass next time your lifting and know that somewhere out there im there lifting a little bit harder…just a little bit
