Showing your abs should be last on your list, if your doing heavy core lifts, squats ,deads benching then your abs are gonna be there.But your lats, hams, shoulders need alot of work for starters. No crown going on your head for a long time. One more thing, if you only take one thing from what I said, let it be “EATTTTTTT”!

Come on…you can’t post vids on youtube showing a 4 minute workout with a medicine ball and the perfect pushup gimic, then challenge the state of MD about your intensity in the gym. Just concentrate on your goals, diet and training.
