2020 - Trump Ain't Playing Games

You know Scottish kings have to copulate with a furrow in the earth in front of everyone during their coronation ceremony right? Otherwise the land won’t be fertile.

We’re waiting…

When you post the devious nature of men tricking other men into dying for their profit and cause, it makes me wonder why opponents against a NWO or secret financial cabal (cough) are looked at as idiots, relics, or ignorant daydreamers.

The heart of man is corrupt above all things.

I mentioned one data point cause it favors my point I didn’t refer to an average…but you’re right, an average is a very high-level statistical concept. Very high level indeed…

What exactly was “wrong” about what I said? It was a fact. Did I pick one poll, yea. Is it a poll that favored Trump? Possibly. Is it a meaningless poll? Sure…all fair points. Was I “wrong”? Absolutely not.

That awkward moment when a guy says “well of course I cherry picked the data to prove my point in a way that can’t be backed up with real world common sense. But I’m absolutely not wrong”

Is this a serious post or next level sarcasm? I have a guy and his wife two houses down who is like the biggest Trump supporter ever. If I ask them they both like Trump and approve.

Trump has a 100% approval rating. I’m not wrong. They did not approve of Obama. Obama has a 0% approval rating. I’m not wrong.

Also you didn’t say what poll you picked or what poll you used to compare with Obama. Of course it was Rasmussen but I could have easily found a single poll that has Obama higher than him at that point. It’s not hard to figure out that Trump is less popular than Obama at this point in his Presidency. You do realize multiple websites will do the math for you right?

And an average must be a high level concept for you because you aren’t understanding how vastly superior it is to your “I picked one thing and compared it to another thing without showing my work and I’m using it to make a blanket statement” method.

That was a while ago so I had to go back up but damn you really wanted to bring light back to that awful argument you made?

I never mentioned an average. You did. Is an avg superior to one data point? Of course. Did I ever dispute that? Nope…glad we agree on that, for a second I thought I would have to educate you on statistics…

I think you’re in heated argument mode (I just threw out a headline that I saw that I liked) where as a simple “Hey Carb you picked the rasmussen poll which favors trump, it’s only one data point” would be all that was needed. In fact, others said basically that and they’re right! The difference is they weren’t frothing at the mouth as they typed.

Have a nice day K thx Byee

I believe it was more disbelief at the comments than anything. I mean the above was written as a serious “the news isn’t reporting how popular Trump is.” Which is true. Because he isn’t that popular. Certainly not compared to any modern President. Yet you wrote it as if it was correct and unreported. So I told you it was wrong. Like a while back.

For some reason you decided to revisit that comment way after the fact and let everyone know that of course you were just finding something which made your point correct. And you were completely aware how intellectually dishonest this made your post. So why make it in the first place? And then double down with “I know how statistics work I just like to ignore them to pretend the news isn’t reporting something.” Maybe this is 4D chess or something like President Trump.

Because it isn’t a secret.

It’s because some people can’t admit to being wrong.

I find the people who will admit they are wrong when shown facts to be on a higher level intellectually. Maybe they question their own intelligence a bit (which is actually a sign of high intelligence).
