TBDL was trial and error for the back. It held up. I’ve had some mild tightness since front squatting Sunday. Not pain, but tightness. It’s frustrating, because it’s constantly on my mind. Trying to not fixate on it while I lift, just make sure that my bracing is on point. I’ll stick with high handle pulls for awhile. I can keep a perfect position. Feeling good right now.

Also, going to keep a pure upper/lower split with giant set assistance. Going to keep a 4 day rotation. Not much different that what I’ve been doing. I’ll tweak the above template. I just can’t get away from giant sets. Love them.

Felt strong today. More reps and a fast pace on pretty much everything. Body is appreciating some more rest these days. Works been very stressful/busy, so it’s been forced rest, but glad I’m taking it and not redlining like last year.

Things are good right now. I’m benching, deadlifting, squatting and OHPing. It’s been awhile since I’ve been healthy enough to at least do a variation of each all simultaneously.
