AM Workout - really tight this AM had to do a lot of mobility work and rolling to get going

1x5 min uphill cranked up to 15

rotator cuff work

4x8 1 arm standing shoulder press 45lbs
3x15 slight incline dumbbell press 60lbs
4x8 cable tri pull down no attachment (??) 90lbs
4x8 dumbbell skull crushers 25lbs
assisted pull up finisher (8x wide grip 4x underhand for 4 sets)
Such a beautiful day here today (and the weather forecast says its going to be cloudy and rainy for a week at least after today) so going to do a 5 mile walk on the beach …
