Ease up on yourself - stay motivated.
Loosing weight is a loooooong process. Maybe I should say should be a long process.
If you loose to quickly it’s a diet.
If you loose over a long period of time a year or more, then you have changed the eating habits, you know your body, you can every now and then go for a party and go nuts, without thinking of it.
