I am super disappointed in Phil’s midsection this year, and I also believe his arms overpower his physique in the front lat spread and most muscular poses…but I’m not sure any of that was enough to take the crown from him.
It was a really lackluster event if you ask me…
thought dex looked great but always does so was expected, ramy surprised me a little thought his gut would be more blown. phil was disappointing with his gut, Bonac looked great
Having the show over two dAys mles thins weird. Rhoden looked great on Saturday but obviously screwed up Friday.

These wellness schedules are crazy! I can’t envision spending so much time preparing and counting calories to get the body, THEN including the hours of day by day hone just on the schedule. I’ll never whine about posturing practice again.God that is crazy. Lighting is greater in the '05 picture despite everything he looks better. I truly loathe this.
