Tried 85lbs lateral raises, 2 difformed reps. 75lbsx8 before was ok.

265 barbell press fail

DB seated shoulder press 120, 130x6, 135x3

First time trying 135 DB, was fun

Down to 250mg test and 0.5 mg arimidex a week, really feels somewhat less enhanced than 350mg but still very far from natural, lol.

PR on those 3 weights I think, first too werent hard but very taxing for some reason, last was both

I am getting a massive amount of BCAA and some preworkout from the supp shop near my gym that has a trial rack for of those things that they guy lets you take, etc, I choose to take 2 scoops, which they may or may not charge you.

It’s implicit that they are jasmincar’s scoops, which equates roughly 4 big scoops or so of bcaa (worth 1), 1 of citrulline type stuff and 1 of regular pre workout with caffeine (worth 1 too)

Not sure if it’s that great while I am working out, kinda feels like too much proteins bits and too osmolar to absorb

Today was leg, pretty shit until I started to listen to my mp3 for the first time in years at RDL, it was forgotten in my stuff, etc

Got 625 RDL with the music boost, 625 I couldn’t get for 2-3 weeks, it was terrible

After this the rest wasn’t good.

I think that will be pretty much it for PR, I am making a one way trip to estrogen city this week

I think you should try not to mentally expect this because it may become self-fulling even if you are not prone to feeling like shit after coming off. I know a lot of people whine about feeling like shit but this is really dependent on the individual. Other than a loss in sex drive for about 2 weeks, I feel normal when I come off, so maybe you will feel like shit and maybe you won’t.

Shoulder day not that bad on paper, but muscles are definitely weaker and stiffer. Going back on a somewhat more skill oriented execution I feel.

I am very surprised

Today was a drag, felt soft, my muscles felt weak and stiff.

Drank a bunch of preworkout to try to compensate, felt a bit nauseous

Weight felt heavy, I was expecting to not be able to lift anything but I hit all my weights. Muscles were weak, it was all skill and no monkey. Very weird.

Started nolva today 20mg ED. Been 7 days, don’t want to continue feeling soft

Already not feeling as stiff and ice cream conish, but a bit tired instead and more ā€˜ā€˜dry’’

Less work capacity, I think I have probably shrunk a bit. Down on incline and bench.

If I can keep DB bench like that, it’s going to be pretty damn good.

I dont know how that PCT thing will pan out but I think I am on the road to getting more, 160x8 and 170x3. Dunno if I am supposed to keep decreasing for a few weeks.

I’ll try to keep the sub 5 reps set for now even if I had problems before with doing that as a natural.

Some uneasiness and tiredness are gone, still don’t feel my balls coming back yet. I felt something there before starting tamoxifen.

Can you show a pic of this setup please? I might be able to use this.

I don’t have anything to take pictures with at the gym

It’s simple, take 5 pound plates and put one at the end of each DB, like if you were loading a barbell.

Take Offix Rubber Band #106 (don’t take any other brand, they will break and you will lose your money). You need a bit more than a box of 1/4 pounds to put 4 bands on each side of 2 DB. 4 bands per side is enough. 3$ per box.

The rubber band circles inside the DB to the outside squeezing the 5 pounds plate on the edge. The band goes in the direction of the length of the DB back and forth. Each elastic is distributed evenly along other diameter.

When you add a layer of 5 pounds, you just add it on top with another layer of bands.

Even forgot nolvadex this morning, guess it didnt make a difference

Not sure why some people say PCT is 4 weeks nolva and other 8 weeks. I dont like taking that stuff but at the same time I want to be careful. It really helped for the high estogen feeling, which I am pretty sure is really what I think it is.

Maybe I can stop at 4 weeks, clean my diet (lol) and swtich to rhodolia rosea and other herbs instead
