I also want to be clear that I didn’t say the pats are all of sudden are gonna suck I do believe that in the end they’ll be in the mix and until someone proves otherwise win the division once again . I do think it’s gonna be a bloodbath though, in the words of the immortal Bart Scott

The Jets D is substantially better. Agreed. But if we’re talking beating the Patriots, it’s a pretty well-known recipe. Front 4 pressure; no blitzing. Suh/Wake > Wilkerson/Richardson (although not a huge drop off).

Just base this on the fact that Wake has 8.5 sacks/24 tackles vs NE in 12 games. (Then you add in Suh)
versus
Wilkerson/Richardson having 2 sacks (combined)/21 tackles in 12 gamesC(combined).
Not downplaying Mo/Sheldon (overall). I’d gladly take them.

Can’t wait!
5 of the last 6 games between NYJ/NE have all been decided by 3 or less pts. I don’t see that changing.

I would put money that Wake gets 15+ sacks this season. And Olivier Vernon will get back to 10+ sacks like he did in 2013. The more I think about it, the more I am excited for our D-line this year.
If you had to buy 3 teams, and sell 3 teams who would it be? In other words, which 3 teams will do better than projected and which 3 will do worse.

What’s gonna be more interesting, if their is any truth to the 'Skins seriously considering Mariotta. Who’s going to be the ‘Turds’ sucker?
EDIT- Gettin’ the old gang back together. Jets sign Cro to lend Revis a helping hand.
Thank God the Pats don’t pass to their outside receivers, lol.

I see the Jets picked up Fitzpatrick today. Not a bad move. He’ll teach Geno to throw better pics. But he really is an upgrade atm.
Would you rather have Fitz / Smith or Casell / Manuel? If you had to pick.

I’d take Fitz over all 3. And Smith > Manuel as well if for no other reason than he doesn’t throw to his check down 20 times a game.
