Dammmmnnnn right. 2014 bitches.
Say it right dude 2014 Super Bowl in NY Giants stadium!! Suck it Jersey!!
Fail.
I dont really care where it is cause I wont be going to the game but that sucks for the fans who’ll more than likely be freezing their asses off.
“he’s from Jersey… he skies in his jeans”
.greg.
Sooo many pussies complaining about the cold weather.
It is going to be awesome.
The gladiators of our society need to compete in any weather on earth.
^^says the guy from Texas who’s team plays in a dome lol.
.greg.
I hope theres a blizzard during the game. Or at least some snow flakes.
I’m all for it. The fact that people’s concerns for the week long pre-party were being used as an argument against awarding the Super Bowl to New York (or New Jersey) is ridiculous. This is football, and man’s game, and some of the best, most memorable games have featured harsh elements. It only amplifies the contemporary gladiatorial aura of the NFL.
Cool.
The other cool thing is knowing that the Giants won’t be playing in it.
So many great NFL games were played with weather being a vital element, a snowy superbowl in jersey would be the tits.

Dick
^^It’d be sick to have a game like that Raiders and Pats snow game with the whole “tuck rule”… that would be pretty awesome
It would be kind of lame if it was in NY/NJ and it happened to be like a 50 degree nice day. It wouldnt feel like a NY/NJ winter at all.

haha that crossed my mind. With our luck it will be one of those oddball warm days where it’s like 55 degrees and sunny.
But I’m hoping for a shitload of snow for it- put football back to being a hardass sport instead of these guys crying for domes or Miami weather.

hahah New York motherfuckers whose team doesn’t play in NY… and the fan base is Jersey too. But it’ll be cool either way.

^^Exactly!
I think it would just suck to be at the game as a spectator if the weather was bad but it would be really fun to watch on tv.

this is now a pokemon thread. pic related: best game ever.
Cool idea. Too bad the cheerleaders are going to be wearing clothes though.
I’m all for it unless my team would be playing because they suck in cold weather. I can see why they have the Super Bowl in warm weather cities because it draws in a lot more people.
This will be a one time shot. Normal people like us do not go to SB in mass numbers. It is a corporate America thing. Fancy rich people with there wifes showing off how much money they have. I agree with everything being said about the actual game. However the reality of the situation is you just dont go to the game it is an all week thing. Money talks. RG is just tapping into the North region and it will not happen again for 40 years.
How about everyone in the NFL stop being such pussies and play in Lambeau?
